Design
地上十四階建てのフォルムを彩るのは、ルーバーで表現されたラインデザイン。階高を超えて配された多彩なラインがファサードに豊かな表情を醸し、タイルやステンカラー・ブロンズの金属ルーバー、ブロンズガラスなどのマテリアルが、シックな煌きを放ちます。
Adorning the form made up of fourteen above-ground floors is a line-focused design expressed through the structure’s louvers.
Assorted lines arranged beyond the floor heights cultivate a facade with rich expression, while stain color and bronze metal louvers, and materials such as bronze glass exude a chic radiance.
Entrance
ドアを超えてなお高く広がるガラスウォールが、その内に秘めた二層吹抜のラグジュアリーな空間を予感させる。特別な空間への入口を自ら宣言する意匠が、明治通りを行く人の目に鮮やかな印象を残します。
The even taller and wider glass wall beyond the door hints at the luxurious space of a two-story atrium hidden within. The design declares itself to be the entrance to a special space and will leave those passing by along Meiji-dori with a striking impression.
Entrance hall
踏み込んだ瞬間、ときめきと開放を感じさせる二層吹抜の天井。木調の温もりある質感を豊かに表現しつつも、モダンであることに徹したインテリア。それぞれのプライベートへの境界でありながら、非日常的な空間性を湛えたエントランスホールが、訪れる人を迎えます。
The two-story atrium evokes a sense of thrill and openness the moment one steps in.
Wood finishings express a rich texture of warmth while maintaining a thoroughly modern interior.
The entrance hall welcomes visitors as a boundary between each private space while projecting an extraordinary sense of spatiality.
Greater base
“高さ”だけではない“深さ”がある。エントランスホールの奥にはラウンジ「グレイターベース」を配しました。木目調の壁と石目調の床に包まれた質感豊かな空間から望む四季の遷ろい。洗練の意匠と自然が調和した迎賓と寛ぎの空間です。
A space as deep as it is wide. To the rear of the entrance hall lies the Greater Base lounge. The passage of the four seasons can be seen from an exquisitely textured space surrounded by wood-grain walls and marbled floors.This space of relaxation and welcoming harmoniously blends sophisticated design with nature.

Landscape
ファサード側に明治通り、南側に渋谷川という緩衝的な空間を持つ計画地。その恵まれた特性を活かし、全戸南向きの居住空間をレイアウトしました。さらに、その快適性に甘んじることなく、共用部にもひときわのこだわりを。住の資質を贅沢に磨き上げたレジデンスです。
While the facade faces Meiji-dori, the planned site incorporates the Shibuyagawa River as hedging space on the south side. Leveraging this welcome feature, the living spaces of all units are south-facing. Moreover, particular attention has also be paid to common areas without sacrificing that sense of comfort, rounding off a quality residence in luxurious style.

- ラウンジ「グレイターベース」から望む中庭に、イロハモミジを中心として和の情緒を感じさせる樹木を植栽。趣ある風景を創造しました。
