Both the majesty and beauty of the architecture reflects the formality of the area.   We believe pride in history and tradition is endowed through things of universal value that are preserved and do not fade amidst the changing times. We thought the Le' Art concept was fitting for a residence located on the western side of the Kyoto Imperial Palace, an ancient area, and facing the Nakadachiuri-dori, a symbol of prosperity.

その街の格式を映し出すのは建築の尊厳であり、また美しさでもあります。移りゆく時代の中で、遺し、歴史や伝統という誇りが備わるのだと思います。京都御所西という由緒深きエリアに位置し、中立売通という栄華の象徴であった通りに面したこの邸宅には、「ル・アール」という思想が相応しいと考えました。

A modern style is added to existing potential that will be preserved well into the future. Rather than the concept of old and new, there is a strong sense of connection. Le' Art is a residence that carefully connects and preserves local pride. We concentrated modern wisdom here to create a home to be proud of both today and tomorrow while keeping the beautiful scenery seen by those who came before us.

既に備わっているポテンシャルに、現代の様式を加えながら永く未来へと遺してゆく。新しいとか古いという概念ではなく、つなぐという意識が強い。「ル・アール」は、その地に在る誇りを壊さぬよう丁寧につないでゆく邸宅です。先人達が見てきた優美な景色はそのままに、今を、そして明日が誇らしい住まいとなるために、現代の英知を此処に集約しました。
